The year was 2020. I can't help but think how Covid-19 demanded we change our lives to parallel this virus' journey and layer upon it, global uncertainty of all kinds. I now see that my lifestyle became a striation - a series of ridges, furrows and linear marks which I needed to follow in order to stay safe and be part of the whole. If there was ever a piece of art that reflected that year (and honestly the following months) this is the image. I created it with an unexpected sense of organized randomness.
